Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a series of existing accounts, performing tasks such as order entry, shipment tracking, pricing verification, and new product quoting. This individual will field orders by phone, email, and fax, processing them into the Syteline ERP system and checking all details for accuracy. The ideal individual will have an interest in account management, inside sales, and new product development opportunities as a path of advancement.
