General Labor – Dry Plant Production
? Location: Cleveland, OH
? Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)

About the Role:
A leading manufacturer of concrete and masonry products is seeking General Laborers for its dry plant production team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential in a union environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Load dry chemicals into mixers, following specific batch recipes
- Operate a pail line: placing pails on a roller line, securing tops, unloading, and palletizing
- Work as a bagger (after 60 days), attaching bags to fill stations and monitoring for accuracy
- Move between different production stations as needed
- Work in a dusty, non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cool in winter)
- Occasionally work on a platform with stairs (varies daily)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Physically capable of lifting 50-60 lbs. regularly
✅ Ability to read batch tickets and follow mixing instructions
✅ Comfortable working on feet all day in a production setting
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to stay off personal devices
✅ Basic math skills required
✅ Tow motor experience a plus but not required
✅ High school diploma or GED required
