Hours & Location
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: Cleveland, OH (near Detroit Ave.)
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch

Starting Pay: $28.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
This role focuses on maintaining and improving plant equipment and infrastructure to support the heat treatment of metals. A typical day includes:
Performing routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
Installing and repairing new machinery
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
General facility upkeep such as painting, replacing lighting, basic repairs, etc.
Using prints and schematics to complete tasks
Performing basic MIG welding and working with hand tools
Operating a forklift and lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
Keeping work areas clean and safe at all times
Required Qualifications
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical schematics
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
MIG welding skills (basic level acceptable)
Forklift experience
Strong problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in hot conditions and confined spaces
Can lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
Must be able to work overtime and occasional weekends
