Position Overview:   

The Production Associate will start in the production area best aligned with their current abilities and past experience.   Our goal is to acclimate you to the product lines, the processes to manufacture them, and to offer cross training opportunities to make a difference throughout the shop.   Most areas are team based, and require individuals to follow step-by-step instructions to assemble cabinets, electrical components, or the use of forklifts to maneuver materials along with in-process/finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of products using hand/power tools
• Operation of forklift equipment (will be certified)
• Point-to-point wiring or harness assembly
• Shrink wrap, package, or build shipping crates
• Participate in production triage process at all stages

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined
• Intermediate proficiency with hand/power tools
• Ability to read a blueprint is helpful, but not required.
• Forklift experience is helpful, but not required
• Reliable attendance, Proactive team minded attitude.
• Willingness and desire to learn/grow
