Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position with responsibilities that include answering phones, routing calls, processing invoices, scheduling payments, and handling customer inquiries. You will also assist with travel arrangements, filing, and basic office duties. This is a contract-to-hire role offering opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls within the organization
- Greet and assist visitors and guests
- Sort and manage mail, monitor postage costs
- Make travel arrangements for technicians
- Enter invoices into the system, prepare and schedule payments
- Address customer concerns and resolve discrepancies
- Perform data entry for time and labor hours
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and basic math
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle customer concerns effectively
