Position Overview:
An Assembler can expect to be filter orders that will be put together by hand, using basic hand tools and an epoxy gun. Order quantities and process followed varies order-to-order. Filters range in size from 6"-36" and weigh up to 15 lbs. This role is performed at a work bench in a team based capacity with 4-5 other Assemblers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing materials for the assembly process
- Interpreting work instructions and visual aids
- Efficient hand assembly of filters
- Package parts according to customer specifications
- Complete all production control paperwork in an accurate and orderly fashion
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions in English
- Proven ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to work OT until 5pm at least 2 days per week
