You’ll be stepping into a critical, hands-on role within a production team that values accuracy, ownership, and on-time delivery.

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll work in the machine building department where you’ll be responsible for:
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll work in the machine building department where you’ll be responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to assemble complex packaging machines
- Using hand and power tools to install mechanical parts and subassemblies
- Performing electrical wiring between sensors, controls, and power sources
- Assembling wire harnesses and connecting components accurately
- Performing final equipment testing to ensure everything operates to specification
- Troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise during the testing phase
- Updating parts inventory and ensuring materials are available for each build
- Monitoring work-in-progress and helping keep the team on track with production timelines
? Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should bring:

- 2+ years of hands-on assembly experience, including mechanical and electrical components
- Proficient blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities—able to identify and fix problems proactively
- Comfortable with both independent and team-based work
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand throughout the shift
- A track record of taking initiative and ensuring deadlines are met
