Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Balancer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and maintaining a 5-axis balancing machine to ensure precision in cylindrical brush production. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the production of industrial brushes for a wide range of applications, from janitorial tools to street sweepers. Training will be provided during the first shift for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to an assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a 5-axis Borghi balancing machine to balance cylindrical brushes.
- Lift and handle finished products weighing between 50–70 pounds consistently.
- Ensure proper machine operation by programming and activating the equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and quality standards.
Shift Options
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
Some overtime may be required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred.
- Strong motor skills and physical ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality production.
- Must adhere to dress code: jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes.

Additional Details
This is a contract-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate starting at $17/hour during training and increasing to $18.25/hour for third-shift assignments.
