- First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Saturday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
? Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on shift and experience
- Contract-to-Hire: Full-time hire potential after probationary period
- Full Benefits Upon Hire:

?️ Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a bead blasting machine to clean and prep metal parts prior to powder coating
- Load and unload parts from the machine
- Perform deburring and surface cleaning using fine bead media
- Inspect parts for quality before passing them to the next phase
- Ensure workspace and equipment are clean and safe
? Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of machine operation or finishing experience
- Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Steel toe boots required; jeans and shirt acceptable attire
