Company Overview:

Champion Personnel is currently seeking experienced CNC Laser Operators for our client located in Aurora, Ohio. Our client designs and manufactures best-in-class power quality products including Static Transfer Switches, Power Distribution Units and Remote Power Panels.

Position Overview:

A CNC Laser Operator operates CNC controlled fabrication equipment that combine laser cutting and punch functions. Work is completed according to blueprints and company work instructions. Set-Up training available for motivated individuals familiar with production laser b operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and efficient operation of CNC Laser equipment
Adept with blueprint and router interpretation
Keen eye for quality - familiarity with general QC principles is helpful
Ability to run production cycle to complete order fulfillment
Complete production and quality control documentation
Maintain a safe, clean environment

Requirements:

1-3 years of CNC Laser experience highly preferred
Proven ability to take accurate measurements with a tape measure
Read and understand blueprints, diagrams and mechanical drawings
Ability to lift 30lbs. regularly
Basic PC skills for data entry/order logging
Strong commitment to safety

Additional Details:

Shifts available: 1st- 6am to 2:30pm M-F and 2nd 2pm to 12:30am M-Thurs
Starting pay is based on experience
