CNC Programmer Specialist
Hours & Location:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Cleveland, OH (West Side)
- Facility: Clean, air-conditioned, and well-lit 45,000 sq. ft. plant
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $32/hour

Job Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer Specialist, you’ll play a key role in both programming and hands-on machining work. This includes:
- Writing and developing G-code programs for turning and milling machines
- Using GibbsCAM software to design and optimize part programs
- Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each job
- Setting up machines and overseeing their operation
- Troubleshooting and correcting machining issues
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Leading and guiding a small team of machinists
- Prioritizing production schedules
- Working in coordination with engineering and quality departments
- Ensuring all produced parts meet exact specifications
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience
- Proficient in GibbsCAM and G-code
- Strong understanding of milling and turning processes
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a shop environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong multi-tasking ability
