? Job Summary:
Join a custom metal stamping shop that supports industries like aerospace, HVAC, and electrical. As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll handle the setup and operation of both mills and lathes, working from blueprints to ensure precision and quality. You’ll use measuring tools to verify part accuracy and play a key role in machine maintenance and tooling changes.
Join a custom metal stamping shop that supports industries like aerospace, HVAC, and electrical. As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll handle the setup and operation of both mills and lathes, working from blueprints to ensure precision and quality. You’ll use measuring tools to verify part accuracy and play a key role in machine maintenance and tooling changes.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 1–2 years of CNC setup experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.
?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Select and install tooling based on job specs
- Verify first-run parts meet quality standards
- Make machine adjustments and change parts/tooling as needed
- Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers
- Maintain equipment and perform light troubleshooting
- Use hand tools and follow safety procedures
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
✅ Requirements:
- 1–2 years of CNC setup and operating experience in manufacturing
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a loud, repetitive environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
- Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs required
