Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18–$21/hour depending on experience
- Contract-to-hire with raises upon hire-in
- Medical benefits available upon permanent hire (80/20 split)
- 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year

Job Responsibilities:
As a Blender Operator, you’ll be a key part of the production team manufacturing metalworking lubricants, oils, and cleaners used in industrial machinery. You’ll be responsible for:
As a Blender Operator, you’ll be a key part of the production team manufacturing metalworking lubricants, oils, and cleaners used in industrial machinery. You’ll be responsible for:
- Operating an industrial mixer/blender machine
- Measuring and weighing raw materials according to specific batch formulas
- Adjusting machinery settings to ensure product consistency
- Packaging finished products safely for storage and shipment
- Recording batch information and keeping accurate logs
- Supporting quality control efforts to ensure each product meets spec
- Keeping blending equipment clean and in good working order
- Assisting in general warehouse operations as needed
- Operating a sit-down tow motor to move materials around the facility
- Lifting up to 50 lbs when required
Required Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience, ideally with blending or mixing
- Sit-down tow motor (forklift) experience
- Ability to read and follow production work orders and formulas
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Able to stand for long stretches and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and ability to record measurements accurately
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
