Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an essential link between customers and the operations team. Responsibilities include:
Entering all customer orders into the system
Emailing customers with updates on order status, lead times, and shipping delays
Processing shipments promptly and maintaining FedEx/UPS accounts
Monitoring marketplace trends and competitor pricing
Investigating and resolving customer complaints with professionalism
Managing accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, and following up on past-due accounts
Required Qualifications
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong math and counting skills
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Proficiency in data entry, typing, and basic Excel
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
