If you have a passion for robotics and automation, the Dip line is a great career path that provides you with the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology. Dip line operators work with robotic arms to create our proprietary ceramic molds, and to remove wax prior to the casting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates flash ovens to remove wax from ceramic molds.
• Performs chemical testing and mixing of ceramic slurry.
• Ensures efficient operation of the robotic dip line, including preventative maintenance tasks.
• Operates furnaces to melt wax from ceramic molds.
• Achieves team production goals by working to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by manufacturing experience.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred. Previous experience in the casting industry is a plus.
• Shop Math: Understanding of basic math calculators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform duties in working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, multiple physical positions and other elements for extended periods of time.
