Location: Aurora, OH

Shifts Available:
- Monday – Friday: 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 2 PM – 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday 2 PM – 2 AM / Saturday & Sunday 11 AM – 11 PM
Position Overview:
Join a rapidly growing manufacturing company as a Bead Blast Finishing Operator. This role is essential to the production process, ensuring that parts are properly cleaned and prepped before moving to powder coating. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a bead blasting machine to clean and deburr parts.
- Load materials into the machine, run the blasting process, and remove finished pieces.
- Prepare materials for powder coating by removing debris and imperfections.
- Ensure quality control and protection of parts throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of prior machine operation and finishing experience required.
- No need to read blueprints or use micrometers/calipers.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Must wear steel-toe boots, jeans, and a shirt.
