Company Overview:
Our steel coil processing company with 2 locations in the Cleveland, Ohio area has been in operations since 1934. We specialize in cut to length slitting of hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized steel. We are looking to add several General Laborers to our team!
Position Overview:
General Laborers at both of our facilities will be primarily responsible for banding and palletizing steel coils, loaded and unloading trucks as well as other general labor duties to include sweeping, assisting operators and operating the sit down tow motor. There are two locations. Hours are 5am to 3:30pm and 7am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banding steel coils
- Palletizing
- Operating sit down tow motors
- Loading and Unloading trucks
- Sweeping and clean up
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- 7 year background policy
- Prior general labor experience
- Sit down tow motor experience
