Position Overview: General Labor – Concrete Production (Indoor Work)
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for an indoor General Labor position within a concrete production facility. This role focuses on hands-on work with decorative concrete products such as planters, garbage cans, and parking curbs. Ideal candidates will be committed to producing quality work, able to follow instructions, and possess strong attention to detail.
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for an indoor General Labor position within a concrete production facility. This role focuses on hands-on work with decorative concrete products such as planters, garbage cans, and parking curbs. Ideal candidates will be committed to producing quality work, able to follow instructions, and possess strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in forming concrete products by using molds and trowels to ensure even distribution.
- Insert rebar and handle rough finishing tasks.
- Tag, stack, and palletize finished items.
- Operate or assist with tow motor and overhead crane processes (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform physical labor.
- Competence in using basic hand tools and reading a tape measure to 1/16”.
- Must have basic motor skills and the ability to follow directions.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Casual attire acceptable (jeans and t-shirts).
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $18 per hour
- PTO and holiday pay offered
- No medical benefits currently provided
