Position Overview:   

A Production Associate will share a variety of duties, and can expect to be cross-trained in multiple work areas.  Some areas you can expect to work include Packaging/Sorting (a great way to learn the products!), cutting graphite to length by hand and by machine, step-by-step assembly of heat exchangers, and warehouse help such as picking/packing.  We all work together to get the job done here!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and package components and finished product
• Sand, deburr, and perform other secondary operations
• Take precise measurements using tape measure and perform cut-to-length operations
• Follow blueprints/schematics to assemble heat exchangers using hand/power tools
• Safely maneuver products/skids using forklifts and/or overhead cranes 

Requirements:

• Manufacturing/Production experience highly preferred
• Forklift Required, Overhead Crane experience preferred 
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including tape measure and calipers
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics, written work instructions in English
• Willing to learn and work as a part of a team
