Position Overview:

The General Labor role is an entry level position that will introduce you to the products and processes of the company. You will begin by working on a Packaging line, placing empty containers to be filled on the line, sealing containers, and putting them on a skid. This position will lead to cross-training and growth opportunities in the Mixing area or Line Operation area. These are the first areas available as a promotion that will come with a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Production Operators with packaging product
Load machine with empty containers, remove filled
Help in other areas as assigned, such as shipping
Cross train as need dictates
Support safe transport of materials by hand and using lift equipment

Requirements:

Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting of 50 lbs
Previous Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
Safety Compliant - 100% of the time
Consistent Attendance
Must have own transportation - no bus line access unfortunately
