Position Overview:
The General Labor role is an entry level position that will introduce you to the products and processes of the company. You will begin by working on a Packaging line, placing empty containers to be filled on the line, sealing containers, and putting them on a skid. This position will lead to cross-training and growth opportunities in the Mixing area or Line Operation area. These are the first areas available as a promotion that will come with a pay increase.
Hours are 5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday. Second Chance company!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Operators with packaging product
- Load machine with empty containers, remove filled
- Help in other areas as assigned, such as shipping
- Cross train as need dictates
- Support safe transport of materials by hand and using lift equipment
Requirements:
- Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting of 50 lbs
- Previous Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Safety Compliant - 100% of the time
- Consistent Attendance
- Must have own transportation - no bus line access unfortunately
