Position Overview:   

The General Laborer will be cross trained in a variety of departments, learning a diverse profile of skills and abilities along the way.   Examples of duties include machine operation, coating, grinding/finishing, inspection, and material handling.   Individuals often work in a team based setting to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed materials into coating machine or hand apply coating using roller coater.
• Measure and cut material to length
• Run production machinery, ranging from a saw, laser cutter, or spot welder
• Cross train to learn other areas as needed
• Careful completion of all production paperwork

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
