Job Description
Job Title: General Labor / Utility – Light Assembly & Packing
Hours & Location:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Located in Oberlin, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $16.50/hour

Job Responsibilities:
You’ll rotate through key areas in this precision manufacturing environment, working with small components for the automotive and construction industries:
You’ll rotate through key areas in this precision manufacturing environment, working with small components for the automotive and construction industries:
- Packaging Area: Operate automated and manual packing machines; count, box, and stage product for shipping
- Assembly Area: Add washers and o-rings to small parts either by hand or using automated assembly equipment
- Sealant Area: Run parts through pre-set machines to apply corrosion-preventative sealant
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts
- Comfortable with both sitting and standing for periods of time
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work across departments
- Positive attitude and the ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Must speak English and pass a drug screen
- No felonies (misdemeanors are okay)
- Tow motor experience is a plus, but not required

This is a friendly, close-knit shop known for an honest day’s work and treating people right. You'll be part of a team that manufactures pipe plugs, reducer bushings, and specialty screw-machine parts used under the hood in vehicles and heavy equipment.
