General Labor
Hours & Location
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Occasional Saturday overtime possible) - Location: Stow, OH
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $19.00/hr
- Contract-to-hire after 90 days with performance and attendance review
- Raises available after hire-in

Job Responsibilities
- Operate machinery in both liquid and dry colorant production areas
- Manually mix ingredients and pour into mixers (may involve climbing ladders/stairs)
- Move raw and finished materials using a sit-down forklift
- Package, weigh, and label product
- Work in the bagging and tote area to load finished goods
- Clean equipment and maintain work area
- Load/unload trucks in shipping
- Max lift: 55 lbs
- Maintain production standards in a fast-paced, dusty, and sometimes odorous environment
Required Qualifications
- Tow motor (forklift) experience required
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
- Basic math, reading, vision, and hearing proficiency
- Able to follow safety protocols and remain engaged in a hands-on environment
- Comfortable working independently without close supervision
- Must be okay working in environments that are dusty, dirty, and smell-intensive
- Strong team player who communicates well with others
