Job Description
Job Title: General Labor / Packager
Location & Hours:
- St. Clair Avenue (Cleveland, OH)
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 10-hour shifts with regular overtime available
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $16/hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities:
- Package materials such as powders, pellets, and liquids according to detailed instructions
- Fill and weigh product bags, build boxes, print and apply labels
- Maintain quotas and productivity targets
- Lift products weighing between 5 and 55 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Work Environment:
- Physically demanding, fast-paced industrial setting
- Noisy, dusty, with strong chemical odors
- Facility is not climate controlled (warm in summer, cool in winter)
- Personal protective equipment required: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, steel toe boots
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor or manufacturing
- Comfortable working on your feet for 10+ hours per day
- Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Must complete and pass the Wonderlic assessment
- Pre-employment drug screen required
