Position Overview:   

The Assembly team is responsible for following step-by-step instructions to put the industrial fans together.  Additional responsibilities will include trimming excess material from fan blades, balancing them, and packaging the finished product.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand assembly of components and industrial fans
• Performing balancing/testing of fans
• Building boxes and packaging fans
• Complete production control paperwork
• Maintain a safe, clean environment

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ year of relevant Manufacturing experience (Required)
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a drug/background screen
