Techtron, a leader in printed circuit board production and testing, is looking for a dependable Janitor to join our team in a temperature-controlled environment. This position is temp-to-hire with a requirement of 480 hours, and offers an opportunity to join a company that values every team member, including those hired through staffing agencies. This role involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment, contributing to our obsessively clean and organized workspace.

This role involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment, contributing to our obsessively clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily janitorial tasks in the shop, office, and restrooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Empty trash cans as needed, ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Occasionally clean on top of machines using a step stool (no ladder work required).
- Adhere to safety standards, including the use of electrostatic dissipative heel straps and gloves when near machines.
- Remain flexible with task assignments to address immediate needs.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Basic janitorial experience preferred.
- Comfortable with a range of cleaning tasks and flexible to adapt throughout the day.
- Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes required; heel straps will be provided when necessary.
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards assigned responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Breaks: 5 minutes every 2 hours, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break.
