In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare kits of nuts, bolts, and washers for shipment—either manually or using light automated equipment. Whether you're counting parts from a packing slip or feeding fasteners into a machine hopper, your accuracy and attention to detail will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced warehouse operation.

This position is ideal for someone dependable, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to follow clear procedures in a team-oriented environment.
?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble kits by hand based on packing slips or order tickets
- Count and bag fasteners accurately
- Feed fasteners into hoppers for machine-assisted packaging
- Monitor order status on a computer screen when operating automated equipment
- Alternate between standing and sitting as tasks require
- Lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Work in varying temperature conditions (hot in summer, cooler in winter)
- Follow all safety protocols and refrain from using cell phones on the floor
✅ Requirements:
- Ability to count and follow written instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Able to stand for long periods with some seated tasks
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
- Spanish-speaking individuals are welcome
