About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our team. This position involves welding stainless steel and aluminum parts for packaging and processing equipment in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have experience performing small, precision welds, with a focus on cosmetic TIG welding for high-quality finishes.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum parts
- Assemble machine frames and components using welding techniques
- Conduct cosmetic TIG welding for high-quality finishes
- Handle materials weighing up to 60-80 lbs
- Follow safety procedures and ensure high-quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of welding experience (or welding school graduate with shop experience)
✅ Experience with small welds rather than large structural welds
✅ Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
✅ Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team
✅ Reliable transportation (not on a bus route)
✅ Willing to complete a weld test at the interview (must bring own welding helmet)
✅ Good attention to detail and ability to work in a hands-on setting
