Position Overview
Join a full-service metal stamping shop specializing in aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and brass components. As a Machine Operator, you will work in a laid-back, safety-focused environment, operating single-press machines (30-100 ton) to produce small custom parts (1-3 pounds). Your responsibilities include feeding parts into the machine, conducting visual inspections, and placing finished items into bins. This is a day shift role with no die changes or machine setups required.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor single-press machines efficiently.
- Perform visual quality inspections on completed parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing earplugs, steel-toe boots, and safety glasses.
Requirements
- Previous machine operation experience preferred, though not required.
- Ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive setting.
- Comfortable working in a loud environment and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and reliability are a must.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- $15-$16/hour (based on experience).
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment.
