? Job Summary:
Join a long-standing, family-owned manufacturer specializing in precision metal components—primarily springs for fire sprinklers. As an Assembly Operator, you’ll work with punch press machines, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing floor experience who enjoys repetitive, focused work and takes pride in attention to detail.

?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Operate single-hit punch press machines
- Inspect parts for defects and sort finished products
- Replenish raw materials at your station
- Use digital micrometers to check part dimensions
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Light lifting up to 20 lbs
- Stand for the majority of your shift
✅ Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or shop floor experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Reliable attendance and a stable work history
- Basic communication skills and attention to detail
- Safety glasses required (provided by company)
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
