Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking Machine Operators to operate a variety of machines, including cut-to-length, press brake, laser cutting, CNC punch, and lathe machines. In this role, you will be responsible for feeding materials, measuring as needed, and ensuring the machines run smoothly. No setup or programming is involved, but basic tape measure skills and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks and then transition to 2nd or 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various machines, including cut-to-length and CNC punch machines.
Measure materials with a tape measure to ensure accuracy.
Perform visual inspections of materials and products.
Follow safety protocols and participate in orientation and ongoing training.
Stand for the entire shift in a designated area and work in a somewhat noisy environment.
Max lift capacity: 40 lbs, with material handling assistance provided.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic tape measure skills required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
Steel-toe boots required (other safety equipment provided).
Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
