Job Description
Position Overview:
Join a growing plastic injection molding company as a Machine Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing 2-3 machines, ensuring parts are correctly separated from runners, and inspecting for defects. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to enter the manufacturing industry, with training provided to ensure comfort and success on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee 2-3 plastic injection machines.
- Separate parts from runners and sort them into bins.
- Inspect parts for defects.
- Perform light lifting (5-10 lbs) and work in a mostly standing position (80% standing, 20% sitting).
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a positive, reliable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Safety glasses required; other safety training provided.
- No prior experience in plastic molding required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
