Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team in Willoughby, Ohio. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from Monday to Thursday (5:30 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
