Material Handler – Growing Manufacturing Facility
Position Overview
Join our team as a Material Handler in a fast-paced, thriving metal stamping job shop. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing materials, supporting production processes, and contributing to a clean and efficient workspace. This is a full-time opportunity offering room for growth and skill development.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing materials, supporting production processes, and contributing to a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload products into cleaning baskets and ovens, following precise weight and count instructions.
- Assist with product verification, ensuring accurate counts in boxes or cartons.
- Support the shipping area by stacking cartons and preparing materials for dispatch.
- Transport barrels of scrap and operate a tow motor or floor scrubber as needed.
- Maintain a clean workspace using floor scrubbers and mops.
- Learn and perform various processes across the shop, developing into a versatile team member.
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Familiarity with sit-down tow motor operation.
- Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing throughout the shift.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM (limited)
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay based on experience.
- $250 quarterly attendance bonus.
- Year-end and holiday bonuses (up to $1,000).
- Company-paid holidays after 7 days on-site.
