? Job Summary:
Join a busy, full-service metal stamping and fabrication shop specializing in aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and brass. As a MIG Welder, you’ll perform hands-on welding and fabrication work based on blueprints, producing quality parts for industries like aerospace, appliances, HVAC, and electrical. You'll need prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a solid welding skill set—this position is not suited for entry-level candidates.

?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on custom metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Lay out and position materials before welding
- Ensure strong, clean welds with attention to finish
- Support shop operations with additional fabrication tasks as needed
- Lift materials up to 40 lbs
✅ Requirements:
- MIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Proficient in blueprint reading and part layout
- Detail-oriented, organized, and works at a steady pace
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must bring personal welding helmet for weld test
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
- Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear protection required
