Position Overview:   

The Mixer will be trained on how to produce large rubber slabs for molding.   The Mixer will not be afraid to get dirty, as they will be following a batch ticket to mix polymers and other ingredients based on batch requirements.   Each rubber slab is stacked on a pallet at the end of the process, and the Mixer will be responsible for all stages of the production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe operations of a rubber mold/press machine
• Load/unload materials into machine per instructions
• Oversee each operation to ensure it is done correctly
• Keep machines running to meet production expectations 
• Visually inspect parts, which can be small, for visual defects

Requirements:

• Ability to stand on feet for 10 hours continuously
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be willing to work both Day and Night shifts
• Reliable attendance
• Strong visual acuity 
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Must have own reliable transportation
