Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plastic Welder to join our production team. This role involves operating RF (radio frequency) welding machines to assemble tarp-like materials into finished products. The position requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks in a standing role. You will play a vital part in creating high-quality, durable products that meet customer needs.

You will play a vital part in creating high-quality, durable products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate RF welding machines to apply heat and pressure for bonding tarp-like materials.
- Feed and reposition materials through the machine for accurate seams and folds.
- Ensure safety precautions are followed, particularly around high-heat equipment.
- Box and label finished materials for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Shift Options
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
- 1:45 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday–Thursday and 1:45 PM – 5:45 PM, Friday
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Above-average upper body strength and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Punctuality and adherence to workplace safety policies.
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus but not required.
