Shift Options:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday, 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM; Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. This role involves operating a powder coating paint machine to ensure high-quality finishes on various materials. Ideal candidates will have prior spray-painting experience and a commitment to precision and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the powder coating paint machine, including loading materials, running operations, and unloading finished products.
- Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and clean equipment and work areas for optimal performance.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous spray-painting experience (auto painting, house spray-painting, etc.).
- Familiarity with paint guns and coating operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational guidelines.
- Steel-toed boots required for this role.
- Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks, including standing and operating equipment for extended periods.
