Hours & Shifts Available
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM; Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
(½-hour unpaid lunch on all shifts)

Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $21–$22 based on experience
Pay Raise: Increase upon direct hire

Job Responsibilities
Operate automated powder coating paint machine
Load/unload parts into the coating booth
Conduct visual inspections of coated products to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Support overall workflow within a busy finishing department
Required Qualifications
6–12 months of spray painting experience required (auto, industrial, or home painting all considered)
Familiarity with paint guns and general painting equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
Able to stand for full shifts and perform repetitive tasks
Steel-toed boots, jeans, and t-shirt dress code
