Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our busy and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication process by operating precision equipment to shape and prepare sheet metal components. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and potential career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate press brake machines to bend, punch, and cut sheet metal according to product specifications.
- Prepare, set up, and adjust machines, including controlling speed and material feed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Perform pre- and post-inspections using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain all necessary materials and tools to meet production requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience operating press brake machinery is required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and prints.
- Experience using micrometers and calipers for precise measurement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday, 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM; Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay based on experience.
- Contract-to-hire opportunity.
