Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Mentor, Ohio. In this role, you will operate CNC-controlled press brakes, primarily Cincinnati and Amada machines, producing large OEM assembly components for heavy equipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has a keen eye for quality, and values safety and organization.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has a keen eye for quality, and values safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press brakes following detailed instructions, ensuring proper tooling, fixtures, and program uploads.
- Perform production cycles, quality checks, and complete production paperwork.
- Stack and organize parts onto skids per work instructions.
- Assist in machine-level setup with production management support.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Run multiple machines as required, with regular overtime availability.
Qualifications:
- 6–12 months of experience in production machine operation (e.g., stamping, extrusion, milling).
- Familiarity with blueprints and QC tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) is helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy parts (50 lbs) and maintain production rates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility, safety-consciousness, and attentiveness are essential.
