Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor die-cut presses to produce gaskets, seals, insulators, and pads.
- Feed rubber sheets into the press, align with the die, and visually inspect finished parts.
- Package parts at the machine and ensure production runs are completed before starting the next.
- Collaborate with a supportive supervisor and cross-train in various areas of manufacturing.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Basic English literacy and numeracy skills.
- A willingness to learn and a team-oriented attitude.
