Job Description
Job Title: Precision Parts Inspector
Hours & Location:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Cleveland, OH (near Rocky River Dr.)
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $27.00–$29.00/hr, based on experience
- Contract-to-Hire: Raise upon direct hire, with additional increases at 1-year and 2-year marks

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect precision-machined components to ensure compliance with technical drawings and customer specifications
- Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other measuring tools
- Conduct and document First Article Inspections
- Identify defects and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve issues
- Maintain and verify calibration of inspection equipment
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering to refine inspection processes
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing inspection role
- Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Familiarity with various measurement tools and inspection techniques
- Solid math and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and work overtime when needed
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Pre-employment 5-panel drug screen and background check required
