Quality Assurance Inspector – Dynamic Manufacturing Environment
Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our power quality products meet the highest industry standards and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct procedural reviews, audits, calibrations, and reporting.
- Perform device calibrations and maintain dimensional inspection equipment.
- Inspect incoming materials for non-conformance and coordinate vendor communication.
- Produce and maintain quality documentation, including reports, certificates, and control worksheets.
- Assist in quality projects, such as root cause analyses, corrective actions, and audits.
- Utilize dimensional measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches) and read blueprints effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for creating detailed reports and documents.
- Strong blueprint reading and dimensional measurement skills.
- Experience or background in electronics/electrical assembly is preferred.
- Ability to work both in the shop and quality office environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to thorough work practices.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay: $21–$22 per hour, based on experience.
