- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations. The role involves conducting audits, performing equipment calibrations, and maintaining documentation within our Quality Department. If you have a strong understanding of quality management principles and are skilled in dimensional measuring tools, this opportunity is ideal for you.

The role involves conducting audits, performing equipment calibrations, and maintaining documentation within our Quality Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform procedural reviews, audits, and calibrations to uphold quality standards.
- Inspect incoming materials for non-conformance and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain and calibrate dimensional inspection equipment, such as micrometers and calipers.
- Produce and manage documentation, including reports, certificates, and worksheets, using MS Word and Excel.
- Assist in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Work closely with the Quality Engineer on projects and assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with dimensional measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches).
- Ability to read blueprints and create detailed documentation.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Background in electronics or electrical assembly is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both in the shop and in the quality office environment.
- Steel-toed boots are required for this role.
