Quality Control Lab Technician – Willoughby, OH

Pay: $19/hr + Shift Differential (2nd Shift: +$1/hr, 3rd Shift: +$1.10/hr)

Shift Options: Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (confirmed at hire)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in quality control? We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team in Willoughby, OH. This position plays a critical role in ensuring parts meet strict quality standards for the aerospace, automotive, and agricultural industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and confirm part conformance to quality standards and customer specifications.
Perform hardness tests, pyrometry calibrations, and other lab tests.
Prepare brazing material samples for certification.
Identify and report non-conforming parts to management.
Answer internal calls to update on job progress.
Prepare material certifications and certificates of conformance.
Perform data entry and documentation for quality reports.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
12+ months of Quality Lab experience (preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environment).
Strong math skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
Proficiency in computer skills, including report generation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
