Hours & Location
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Location: Wickliffe, OH
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $19.00/hr (based on experience)
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with raise upon permanent hire
- Medical (80/20 Cigna plan) begins 30 days after direct hire

Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the company’s high product standards. Daily responsibilities include:
As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the company’s high product standards. Daily responsibilities include:
- Performing first piece, in-process, and final inspections of roll-formed metal parts
- Using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
- Reading and interpreting blueprints with proficiency
- Collaborating closely with shop supervisors, machine operators, and the Quality Manager
- Documenting inspection results accurately
- Ensuring tolerance levels and quality specifications are consistently met
- Participating in a measurement skills test during the interview process
Required Qualifications
- Experience with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Strong blueprint reading ability
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments
- Good computer skills and basic math proficiency
- Able to stand for extended periods, multitask, and solve problems on the fly
- Proficient in English
- Organized and detail-oriented
