Hours & Location:
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Located in Cleveland, OH
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:
As a Racker, you’ll play an essential role in preparing parts for the heat-treating process. Daily tasks include:
As a Racker, you’ll play an essential role in preparing parts for the heat-treating process. Daily tasks include:
- Cleaning and visually inspecting parts before treatment
- Working closely with the Heat Treat Operator to maintain production pace
- Racking and arranging parts onto racks for processing
- Lifting empty racks (up to 50 lbs) and positioning them on work tables
- Ensuring all parts are properly prepared for heat treating with attention to detail and safety
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a hot environment and stand for the entire shift
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and staying active throughout the day
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work one-on-one and follow lead direction
- Prior shop floor or racking/de-racking experience preferred (experience in plating or heat treat environments is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and “what can I do next” attitude
Work Environment & Safety:
- Jeans/pants, long-sleeve shirt, and slip-resistant work boots required
- Safety glasses and gloves provided
- Fast-paced, hands-on production floor setting
