Position Overview:   

The Rotary Brush Operator will be trained to operate complex machinery used to produce brushes ranging from 4" to 48" in size.   The Operator will load and position material according to work instructions, and follow a multi-step production process that involve inserting brush mandrills, brush bristles, shaping the brush, and affixing them in place.   Individuals can expect work similar to CNC machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately follow setup and production instructions
• Identify and load the appropriate tooling based on the job
• Produce, inspect, and qualify a first piece before beginning production
• Measure parts and visually inspect for defects
• Package products 
• Complete production control paperwork accurately and legibly 

Requirements:

• Machine Operation experience required
• Previous brush work, extrusion work, or CNC work is highly preferred
• Dimensional measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to interpret blueprints and work instructions
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
